Offering a chic, art deco cosmopolitan aesthetic, Miami is an international epicenter of fun and sun bustling with an equally red-hot nightlife scene. The streets are overflowing with sidewalk cafés catering to trendy, hip-setters in search of all things next-level. No matter what your appetite is – hip hop, reggae ton, salsa, r & b, ambient, bacchata, or whatever else moves your body – you’ll find it here.

If you want the heat in Miami, then check out the official spinner for its hometown hoop stars – the Miami Heat, WEDR-99 Jamz’ DJ Irie at Crobar (1445 Washington Avenue, Miami Beach) on Thursdays for SMAC Entertainments “The Show” featuring spin doctors DJ Knowledge, Tom LaRoc, Carlos Menendez and DJ Cue. Crobar is fast becoming a nocturnal tour de force populated with guests like the stunning Miami Heat dancers shaking their tail feathers on the dance floor. This is the hot spot if you’ve got dancing fever and want to get your swerve on alongside B-ballers and shot callers. Another must-attend is “Sunday Ritual” poppin’ off at the exotically potent, bi-level Opium Garden (136 Collins Avenue, South Beach) brought to you by Green Eyes Productions with hip hop’s finest, DJ’s Khaled, Erok and Irie putting down “beats in the temple” of this open-air spot known for its über celebrity appeal. V.I.P. advisory - if you’re a stargazer bring a neck brace for that case of whiplash you’ll be leaving with. And you might want to put in for a vacation day on Monday, just in case you get lucky.

(929 Washington Avenue, Miami Beach) which is a catchy acronym for beverages, entertainment and dining and as its descriptive moniker implies it offers a quirky fun time sans the table and chairs, replaced by what else...king-size beds with comfy pillows. Sorry, no sleeping allowed.
